In 2011, for the first edition in the new form, the Great Price INNOVAFEL, is a very great success with 26 projects applying by candidates.
The 8 finalists of the Great Price (6 products and 2 concepts) have defended their project in front of the members of the National Jury, on the 17th of October 2011 and the Jury has made his record.

BAKKAVOR CRUDI for his product CROC'MELON
Slices of melon just ready to be consumed. Here is the fruit dessert by Bakkavor Restauration since the month of June. Peeled and precut in a clear sachet, Croc'Melon does not contain any colorants neither additives.The rate of sugar is quaranteed by a mature crop. This product completes a range of fruits to be crunched, already fleshed, a product which preferred the seasonal fruits and the restoring nomad balanced.

This range of three sparkling fruits with no alcohol is ideally approaching the fruit flavor to crunch. Intended to the RHD/CHR market, the range aims for young, urban consumers and sensitive to the point "pure fruit juices" with no coloring or preservatives and no added sugar. The Jury noted the packaging in individual size (long neck bottle) and well studied. An alternative of soft drinks quality.
